Peter Skapetis is the Founder and Director of Chapter, having established the organisation in 2021.

After a highly successful professional soccer career at youth level in the United Kingdom Peter has competed against the worlds’ best. Playing for Premier League clubs in Queens Park Rangers and Stoke City as well as representing Australia. He believes the demands and discipline to succeed as a professional sportsman are paramount in business and have a direct relation to his success in real estate.

His journey into real estate began five years ago where he found his love for property in all asset classes. He is skilled in negotiation, customer service and real estate transactions, Peter’s strong client relationships are proof of his success and his drive to achieve the best possible outcome for all clients is unmatched.

Trent Skapetis joined the Chapter organisation in 2022.

At the age of 18 Trent found his passion and love for real estate right away working in residential sales in the prestigious West London. After four successful years Trent moved back to his hometown of Melbourne to continue his career further. With now eight years experience in the industry Trent’s knowledge and expertise for property is unrivalled to his competition.

Trent is committed to business improvement and is experienced in developing and reviewing business processes and sales planning to achieve goals and targets.
